EMPOWERING CHANGE
THROUGH EVENTS

At ChangeHub, we are dedicated to creating transformative experiences that drive meaningful change. Our events are designed to cultivate social impact, promote economic development while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). By bringing together diverse voices and stakeholders, we create inclusive spaces for purposeful dialogue, learning, and collaboration.
We specialise in crafting engaging events, workshops and plenaries, providing meaningful networking opportunities that empower individuals and communities to become catalysts for positive change. Our focus on mentorship ensures that participants gain valuable skills and connections that drive personal and professional growth.
Together, we can create lasting change and make a positive impact on society.
W-Suite: Advancing Women for Leadership and Economic Participation
Keenly aware of the persistent gender barriers – both past and present – W-Suite is a dedicated platform for advocacy, dialogue, action, and networking, aimed at elevating women into roles historically dominated by men, with a particular focus on giving women a seat at the table in the C-Suite, addressing the underrepresentation of women in positions of power and influence.

Through events and workshops, W-Suite drives the acceleration of women leaders in positions of power, influencing and cultivating a new culture of inclusive leadership that drives meaningful participation of women in the development of thriving communities, strong economies, and great nations.
Our mission is to create a safe and proactive environment where women can thrive as leaders and changemakers. By redefining the narrative surrounding women’s advancement, we aim to provoke dialogue around the role of high-value women in the economy. Our platform champions a vocabulary that celebrates strength, resilience, and leadership among women, strengthening a culture of respect and equality.
OUR MISSION FOCUS AREAS INCLUDE:
Advocacy: We are dedicated to condemning all forms of discrimination against women, particularly those that hinder economic participation. By raising awareness and influencing policy, we strive to dismantle barriers that restrict women’s access to leadership roles.
Action: Through our W-Suite Summit programme, we take decisive steps to increase the representation of women in key leadership and operational roles, especially within the C-Suite across various organisations, markets, and governments.
Knowledge Exchange: By facilitating the exchange of best practices, knowledge, and expertise, we aim to drive cultural change that redefines the pathway to leadership for women.
Breaking Barriers: We are committed to breaking the cycle of underrepresentation and accelerating gender equity by building a sustainable network of female leaders. This network empowers women to support one another and advocate for their collective success while addressing the barriers of gender parity.
Mentorship and Sponsorship: Our programmes identify and advance women with leadership potential, serving as feeder initiatives into boards and executive roles. By establishing mentorship, networking, and sponsorship opportunities, we ensure women have the guidance and support they need to excel.
Promoting Entrepreneurship: We actively promote the participation of women-owned SMEs, recognising their vital role in driving economic growth and innovation. By supporting female entrepreneurs, we contribute to a more balanced and dynamic economy.
At W-Suite, we are steadfast in our commitment to enhancing the well-being and economic participation of women. Together, we will actively combat historical barriers, advance women to take on leadership roles, and ensure the active involvement of women in decision-making at all levels.
The Socio-Economic Impact Summit (SEIS)
ChangeHub is the founder and co-ordinator of the Socio-Economic Impact Summit, an annual conference that brings together leaders from governmental, public, and private sectors with a shared vision: to build a collective, transformative, just, and inclusive society in South Africa. The summit aims to foster dialogue on Sustainable Development Goals and the barriers faced by the implementation of these goals, while developing proactive solutions through inter-industry dialogue and collaboration.

Despite its natural wealth, South Africa nevertheless faces many socio-economic challenges, which include high unemployment, poverty, social inequality, and limited access to public services. These difficulties continue to engulf South Africans and have an impact on the quality of life and the economy collectively. The more community support there is, the more opportunities businesses will have to thrive. This could include how communities interact with each other, or how safe people feel within a community.
To put the world back on a path of sustainable, equitable, and inclusive growth, we need more than just a global recovery. All nations must understand that in order to ignite positive transformation, we must take action today to review, re-evaluate and, if necessary, reset our social and economic systems.
Our mission for SEIS is multi-pronged:
INSPIRE, EDUCATE & RAISE AWARENESS
- Tell positive success stories to create best practice case studies, setting new benchmarks through event-led public campaigning and advocacy.
- Educate delegates on key issues and empower them to forge their own meaningful personal and professional paths, while cognisant of SDGs.
CREATE, COLLABORATE & INNOVATE
- Encourage global changemakers and thought-leaders across multiple sectors to share their challenges and insights to spur new ideas, innovations and collaborations to create sustainable solutions.
- Provide a diverse cross-industry platform that functions to leverage knowledge and forge meaningful public-private ecosystems.
ACCELERATE, SCALE & EMPOWER
- Identify new finance mechanisms and vehicles to scale sustainable ventures.
- Develop mentoring, incubation, and accelerator programmes to empower the vision of the next generation of philanthropists, changemakers and social entrepreneurs.
Mentorship Masterclasses
Mentorship plays a vital role in sharing knowledge, skills, and insights, helping the mentee navigate challenges, set goals, and enhance their abilities. The ultimate goal of mentorship is to build confidence and competence, enabling potential mentees to achieve their objectives and reach their full potential. Strong connections between mentors and mentees have the power to cultivate and advance meaningful social change.
